1. Coverage
We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months from delivery, under normal clinical use and with proper assembly per the included instructions.
2. What is covered
Structural components (chassis, column, brackets, holders) and included hardware. During the warranty period we supply replacement parts free of charge, or a replacement unit where a repair is not practical.
3. What is not covered
Normal wear (e.g. caster tread wear), cosmetic damage that does not affect function, damage from misuse, overloading, unauthorized modification, or use of the product for purposes other than those described on its product page.
4. How to claim
Contact us with your order reference, a description of the issue and photos. We respond within two business days with a resolution: replacement parts, repair guidance or a replacement unit.
5. Statutory rights
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, statutory rights that apply in the buyer's country of residence.
