1. Who we are
EVER CARE EUROPE SRL (BCE/KBO 1033858266, VAT BE1033858266), Rue de la Presse 4, 1000 Brussels, Belgium, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact us via the contact page for any privacy request.
2. What we collect
We collect the data you provide when ordering (name, email, phone, shipping address, optional company and VAT number) and when contacting us (name, email, country, message). Card details are processed by Stripe and never reach our servers.
3. Why we process it
Order data is processed to fulfil the contract: confirming payment, shipping the products and providing support. Contact data is processed to answer your enquiry. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Where it is stored
Order and contact data is stored in our database hosted by Supabase. Payments are processed by Stripe; bank transfers are received via Wise. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.
5. Retention
Order records are retained as long as required by commercial and tax law. Contact messages are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR where it applies), you may request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data, and object to or restrict processing. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
