1. Scope
These terms govern all orders placed through this website with EVER CARE EUROPE SRL, Rue de la Presse 4, 1000 Brussels, Belgium (BCE/KBO 1033858266, VAT BE1033858266). By placing an order you accept these terms.
2. Products
Products are sold as medical equipment carts and accessories. Product descriptions state materials, dimensions and intended use context. Regulatory requirements vary by country; the buyer is responsible for confirming that the product may be imported and used in their jurisdiction.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the store currency and exclude taxes, customs duties and import fees. Payment is accepted by card (processed by Stripe) or by bank transfer. Bank-transfer orders are reserved and ship only after the payment has been received and confirmed.
4. Shipping and delivery
Orders ship flat-packed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout by destination zone. Delivery times are estimates and begin when payment is confirmed. Made-to-order products ship after the stated lead time. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
5. Cancellations and returns
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Returns of standard products are accepted within 14 days of delivery in unused, original packaging; return shipping is at the buyer's cost. Made-to-order configurations are non-returnable unless defective.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the products concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in the buyer's country of residence within the EU.
