1. Shipping zones and rates
We stock and dispatch from our European distribution point in Belgium. Flat rates per order apply by zone — European Union and wider Europe, Middle East and North Africa, and rest of world — and are confirmed on your quote before you order. Bulk orders ship by freight; contact us for a quote.
2. Packaging
Products ship in protective packaging appropriate to the item. Flat-packed products include a complete fastener kit, hex tools and step-by-step assembly instructions; the packing list for your configuration is confirmed on your quote.
3. Delivery times
In-stock products dispatch within 5 business days of confirmed payment. Made-to-order products dispatch after the lead time stated on the product page. Transit time depends on the destination and the carrier.
4. Customs, duties and taxes
Deliveries within the European Union move in free circulation: there are no customs formalities and no import duties to pay. For destinations outside the EU, prices exclude import duties and taxes, and any duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier or customs authority. Delivery is DAP (Incoterms 2020) unless your quote states otherwise.
5. Damage in transit
Inspect the carton on delivery. Report transport damage with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will send replacement parts or a replacement unit.
6. Returns
Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original packaging; return shipping is at the buyer's cost. Made-to-order configurations are non-returnable unless defective.
